Welcome to Feathers & Gunpowder!  QUAIL HUNTING AT ITS BEST!

Dear Customers,

In 2005, after almost 40 years as a pharmacist, Rose and I sold our pharmacy.  During this time I got to do very little of what I liked best - hunting.  In 2006 we started our hunting resort Feathers and Gunpowder.  As this hobby grew, it became a business.  It is a 6-month hunting business that is worked at for 12 months.  We had very little time for any other thing.  So after some prodding (actually trhreats), I decided to lease the hunting operation.  I offered this lease to my brother-in-law, L.D. Moser, who had been guiding for us for about three years, and he accepted.  We kept the Lodge operation.  All hunts and lodging will be booked through us at 870-373-0356 or 870-368-7738.  We look forward to seeing you and L.D. will continue the same great hunts and hospitality as you have come to expect at Feathers and Gunpowder.

Thanks,

Jerry & Rose Blankenship
